I recently called Bazik's HVAC for a service on my furnace that didn't seem to be working very well. Kyle came to my house as soon as he could and after diagnosing a problem with the motor (which he explained in a way I could understand). Kyle then explained that the parts may be under warranty, which they were. I didn't even know about the extended warranty on the parts!
He ordered the parts for me and then installed them for a reaonable price. I found Kyle to be sincere and very helpful in getting my furnace running like new again. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Bazik's HVAC to anyone who asks.

Kyle is awesome, our furnace died on new years eve and needed to be replaced. Not only was he able to source us a new one while everything was closed but worked around the clock during a holiday to get it installed quickly while being able to bring everything up to code. Not only did I get a working high efficiency furnace that does a better job heating my house that'll easily pay for itself in a few years but it got done fast, professionally, friendly and he literally went out of his way to do everything correctly. Bazik's HVAC & Refrigeration is now my go to for everything HVAC and related. If you're reading this review because you're comparing HVAC companies, stop searching and just call, I 100% recommend Bazik's HVAC & Refrigeration. P.S. Our gas fireplace is 26 years old. We've had problems with it from the beginning and had a variety of companies work on it, with success for short periods of time, but never more than 2 years. From the beginning, most companies recommended replacing it. Six years ago, we were told parts for it were no longer available; we had no choice but to replace it. We contacted Kyle at Bazik's HVAC who gave us options; we could replace it, or he could rebuild it and it would be as good as new. He explained the pros and cons and we decided to rebuild it. He did a great job and we haven't had a problem since. We recommend him highly.
